Company Introduction

From time immemorial, life has ceaselessly evolved on a unique planet called ‘Earth’. Man, one of the sub line creations not only reaped the natural harvest to its full potential, but also passed on a legacy of knowledge for the subsequent generations to reap upon. The entity of ‘Agarwal’ group was one of such creation, through the dedicated and committed efforts of Late Shri Mangilal Agarwal.

Keeping pace with the changing times, the company is persistently aware of the latest developments and prepared to face challenges of the Millennium through Transportation up gradation and expansion.

The history originates with the starting of a petrol pump of ESSO (now Hindustan Petroleum) at Balotra (Rajasthan). From regular interaction and understanding of the market situation, it was realized that there is enough potential and market for transportation facilities to meet the ever growing demands of consumers. This need entailed the formation of a new transportation companies.

The group has since then spread its operations, covering General Trading, Specialized transportation services, trading of Petroleum Products, Manufacturing of Bituminous products, Hotel & Food Mall. This group has also diversified into power generation projects and has implemented Wind Mills in Rajasthan & Maharashtra. The group also formed a Charitable Trust ‘Mangilal Agarwal Charitable Trust’, granting free medical aid and educational assistance to poor and needy section of the society.
